The Conjoined Mermaid Twins Spot an Unusual Monster

Many would consider the conjoined mermaid twins unusual, but of course, they seem normal to themselves and each other. The mermaids can dive deep into the ocean depths, so as you can imagines, these sisters have seen some amazing an unusual creatures. There are animals down there that the mermaids have seen that most people would never believe existed. But while on land, they spot on an adjoining island, a big eyed monster staring at them. The creature looks docile enough, but looks can be deceiving. The mermaid twins feel unsure if they should feel afraid of this strange monster. They decide to pretend they did not notice the monster in order to more stealthily observe what the monster does. If the creature continues to behave in a harmless manner, they think they will attempt to befriend him.
