Radical Radishes

The garden is growing up! Next thing I know, the carrots and the onions and the okra will be off to college! 

The radish's are already ready for college. They are full grown, plump and delicious!

I didn't make a recipe with the first radishes, I just plucked them, cute them and munched away. They were very delicious. I have always been a fan of radishes and their natural spiciness!

Oscar, our little garden watch dog, is disappointed that so far we have only produced such trivial things as radishes and no pork chops or pepperoni have yet sprung from the ground. He guesses for now he will just keep waiting.
