Soccer in Tukwila

These days, I seem to know quite a few soccer fanatics. Sometimes I go to the games with them and cheer for the Sounders. We sit (or actually stand) in the section where the fans participates in enthusiastic chants. Everyone I live with is a huge soccer fan and part of the supporters group. One unexpected thing that I've learned about supporters culture is that it can be a very crafty endeavor. They are always creating amazing displays using lots of cloth and paint. Any crafter would be impressed.

There is another thing I like about watching live soccer games. It is one of the few times where screaming and yelling is completely socially acceptable and also expected. It can be really liberating to let loose and YELLLLL.
