Gardenia discovered a thrilling new skill- the amazing talent of life! She can turn a leaf into a tree, a shell into a hermit crab, a porcupine quill into an actual porcupine! She discovered this talent one day when she found a beautiful red feather in the park. She brought it home and placed it in an empty birdcage she got from a garage sale. Suddenly, she was overwhelmed with a need to transform the feather. She was compelled by instinct. She pointed her finger toward the feather and with a flash, color streamed from the tip of her finger. In the next moment, the feather was a bird. "Wow." She thought, "I can't believe I was able to do that!" Hence, begun Gardenia's journey of having a most amazing skill.
